Called for emergency service on my furnace on a very cold evening, and the tech was at my house within an hour or so and had resolved the problem and restarted my heating system within 30 minutes. Well worth my annual service agreement. They are the best!!!

Canal Fuel is prompt and very easy with which to interact. The receipts are emailed within 24 hours. The fuel price is very competitive. Better than most in the Plymouth/Cape Cod area.

Been using them for coming up on 30 years. I had to replace a tank when a pinhole leak was discovered. They came out immediately, plugged it, and scheduled replacing the tank. Regan and Reggie delivered the new tank and removed the old one. They were excellent and very attentive to keeping things clean. Also, the installer, Derek, did a first-class job. Very meticulous and conscientious. Steve and Jason’s service was excellent, also. I highly recommend.

I have been a customer for 10 years . I got excellent service, prompt and efficient. I can’t say anything but “exceptional” for Canal Fuel. Jason came out during a blizzard when we had no heat and quickly found the problem. We would never give up our relationship with Canal Fuel. They are a good and honest all-American company. I should also let you all know that Jason came out to my home even though he himself was caught in a snowdrift in his truck, yet he kept coming, trying to help. I am so grateful.
